The air conditioning unit was out of service in our room. As a lot of people may be aware Rudesheim has a very busy and noisy train line going through it along the Rhein and the hotel is very close to the line (as are many others) and freight trains rumble through the night almost every 5 - 10 mins. You may have to keep your window closed, but on hot nights and with no no air-con it could be uncomfortable.

The breakfast room was very attractive and well staffed. Our shower was the best of all of the four hotels we stayed at.

We didn't like being charged 5 Euros per day to park in the hotel's car park and being told that if we wanted to switch on our air conditioning, there would be a charge for that too.

The central location here was great, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with private parking.

the location was ok. it's walking distance from the station. there is a supermarket and intrernetcafe nearby.

sauna opens from 16:00 to 20:00. it's only 4hours which is too short time. there are no refregirater, no bathtub, no toothbrush and paste, and no room shose in the room.

staff were very helpful ,polite and happy to see us. we had entertainment some nights and the breakfast was great lots of variety. thouroughly enjoyable stay.

we stayed in the annex part of the hotel and we were a little bit concerned when it snowed and we had to walk in the dark from the hotel to our rooms as there was no outside light and it was slippery. other than that no complaints

The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was one of the best German breakfasts I've had at a German hotel.

They charge extra for the pool (5 euros) and the sauna (10 euros) and they charge extra (5 euros) for parking. For those of you who are used to a bigger (American size) room, be aware that this is a small, basic, typically European room. Room is small and the bathroom is tiny, but clean and adequate.

Bed comfortable, breakfast very good, easy walk to town.

Shower difficult to regulate-scalding or cold, few available parking spaces.

The wellness center with the pool was mind-blowing. The lounge chairs on the patio were super comfortable. The balcony with 2 chairs was jaw-dropping, even though it overlooked the street with traffic noise until 11 PM. The hotel was a 10 minute walk away from the Christmas Market, making it nice and quiet. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and the continental breakfast buffet was really nice to see. The reception staff was super friendly and accommodating, even granting our request for a balcony via email. The location was perfect, with only a 10 minute walk to the cable car and center.
